Theft in a backpack - Vol dans un sac à dos

On Monday, January 4, 2010, the police was called to school to investigate a stolen phone which belonged to Marvin Shool. Marvin, 17 years old, had put his backpack in the school cafeteria where it was later stolen between 12 pm and 2:41 pm. The cafeteria was very busy at the time of the crime as shown by the security camera video. At exactly 12:11, Tom Malware, 17 years old, was shown walking into the cafeteria, picking up the bag, and using an object from his pocket to cut it open, and steal what was said to be iPhone 6. As the crime was going on, two witnesses, Edward Hamer, student, 16 years old, and Albert Solo, teacher, 41 years old, were present. Edward said: “He threatened to hurt me with the knife if I said anything”.

La cafétéria était bondée au moment du délit comme le montre la vidéo de la caméra de sécurité. À exactement 12:11, Tom Malware, 17 ans, a été vu, entrant dans la cafétéria, ramassant le sac, et l'ouvrant en le coupant avec un objet provenant de sa poche, puis volant un iPhone 6 selon les dires. Le délit a été commis en présence de deux témoins, Edward Hamer, étudiant, âgé de 16 ans, et Albert Solo, professeur, 41 ans. Edward a dit : « Il a menacé de me donner un coup de couteau si je disais quelque chose ».
